# Editorial Policy

*How we source, verify and correct our coverage.*

## Accuracy first

Every article is checked against primary or authoritative sources: the World Nineball Tour, the World Pool Association, national federations, tournament organizers and official broadcasts. Names, scores, dates and venues are verified before publication.

## Sources and attribution

When reporting draws on another outlet, an official announcement or an event page, we say so and link to it. Quotes are reproduced verbatim from their stated source. We do not present another publisher's reporting as our own.

## Independence

Editorial decisions are made by the editorial team. Advertising, sponsorships or equipment relationships do not determine what we cover or what we conclude.

## Corrections

If we publish an error, we fix the article and mark the correction. Readers can report errors through the channels listed on our Contact page — corrections requests are reviewed by an editor, not automated.

## Original work

Articles are written by our contributors and staff in original wording. We may use licensed or public-domain photography, always credited. We do not scrape or republish other outlets' articles.
