Corrections Policy

Billiard News aims to get every result, name, date and score right the first time. When we get something wrong, we fix it — and we say so.

How to report an error

Tell us through our Contact page — please include the article URL and what you believe is incorrect, with a source if you have one. The editorial desk reviews every correction request.

How we correct

Material errors (names, scores, dates, results, quotes) are corrected promptly and noted at the foot of the article with the date of the change (e.g., "This article was updated on 24 Oct 2026 to correct the match score"). Minor edits — typos, grammar, clarity — may be made without a note.

If you disagree with our characterisation of events or believe an article requires a formal response, contact the editorial desk via the Contact page and it will be reviewed by an editor.
